By using FindKidTherapy, you agree to these terms.
What we are — and are NOT
FindKidTherapy is a directory of pediatric therapists, not a referral service. We do NOT verify qualifications, licensure status, insurance panels, or clinical competency of any therapist beyond their publicly-listed NPI record. You are responsible for vetting any provider before engaging them.
We are not a medical provider. Nothing on this site is medical advice. In a medical or mental health emergency, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
Parent / family use
Searching, browsing, and contacting listed therapists is free. We may share your inquiry with the therapist you contact; we do not share it with anyone else.
Therapist claims + subscriptions
- Default listing — your NPI record is listed by default. You can request removal anytime.
- Claimed listing — customize your profile, receive lead details, get priority placement. Pricing varies by specialty and lead volume; we'll email you a quote tailored to your practice when you request one.
- Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime through your dashboard or by emailing support.
- No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You may NOT:
- Harvest contact info for spam
- Impersonate a therapist you're not licensed as
- Submit false inquiries or fabricate reviews
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access
- Use the service for anything illegal
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindKidTherapy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our max aggregate liability = what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes go to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
