- I'm already listed. Do I have to pay?
- No. Every provider from the NPI registry is listed for free, and claiming your listing is free too. Verified Profile is an optional upgrade.
- What does Verified actually verify?
- We check your license against the issuing state board and show the board name and the date we last checked on your listing. It is a trust signal about licensure, not a clinical endorsement or a quality rating.
- Does paying get me more patients?
- We do not sell patients, leads, or referrals, and we do not promise any. Families who use the site contact you directly and for free. Verified changes how your listing looks and what it proves, and orders Verified listings first within results you already appear in.
- What if I cancel?
- Your listing stays live and stays claimed. It just returns to the free plan. Nothing you wrote is removed.
- Can I remove my listing?
- Yes. Email [email protected] from your practice address and we will remove or correct it.
