Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 21, 2026
FindKidTherapy helps families find pediatric therapists. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- From parents: name, email, phone, child's age, therapy type needed — when you contact a therapist
- From therapists: email, practice details, licensing info — when you claim your listing
- Analytics: page views, search queries (anonymized), basic web logs
- Payment info: processed by Stripe — we never see your card number
What we do with it
- Connect families with therapists they inquire about
- Notify therapists of new lead inquiries (claimed listings only)
- Send account-related email (confirmations, receipts, password resets)
- Improve the product (aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns)
What we do NOT do
- We do NOT sell your data
- We do NOT share parent inquiries with anyone other than the therapist they contact
- We do NOT track you across the web for advertising
Therapist directory data
Therapist listings come from the NPI National Plan & Provider Enumeration System — public federal registry of licensed healthcare providers. This is public information. Nothing in the directory itself is subject to this privacy policy — your account info is.
If you're a therapist and want your listing removed, email [email protected].
Third-party services
- Stripe — payment processing (policy)
- Brevo — email delivery (policy)
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, security (policy)
- PostHog — product analytics (policy)
